Welcome back to planDisney, Sara!
Thank you for stopping by once again with a great question. We are thrilled to continue to assist you as you plan a summer adventure at the Walt Disney World Resort!
I am happy to share that the credit card used at the time of booking a restaurant is only used to secure your dining reservation. You will be able to use other methods of payment to pay for your meal, like another credit card or debit card, Disney Gift Cards, and cash, for example. The credit card on file will be charged for the corresponding cancellation fee if you don’t cancel your reservation on time or if you don’t show up for your reservation. Be sure to check the cancellation policy sent to your e-mail at the time of reservation. Also, certain dining experiences may require payment at the time of reservation, so be sure to check before booking in order to use your preferred method of payment.
I hope this information is helpful, Sara! Remember that dining reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance
online or via the
My Disney Experience mobile app, and come back to visit us if you have additional questions!
