Hi Gabriela, and welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you’ve got a magical day at
Magic Kingdom coming up. So let’s chat about maximizing your evening there!
Currently,
Happily Ever After is scheduled to start at 9:30 p.m. next week. Since the show runs about 18 minutes, you should be able to enjoy the fireworks before walking over to
Cinderella’s Royal Table for your 10:10 p.m. reservation.
Normally, you can’t walk through Cinderella Castle immediately after Happily Ever After, so I’d recommend watching near the walkway on the left (that goes to Liberty Square) or the one on the right (that goes to Fantasyland). That way, following the show, you can easily go around the castle to the check-in area for Cinderella’s Royal Table.
I prefer to watch Happily Ever After from the front of the castle so I can see the projections, but one of my friends recently watched from the back (near
Pinocchio Village Haus) and said it was really magical! While you won’t be able to see the projections, the fireworks feel like they’re bursting all around you, and it tends to be less crowded. If you watch from there, you’ll already be close to Cinderella’s Royal Table and won’t have to navigate the post-fireworks crowds leaving the park. And, since it sounds like you want to pack in as much fun as possible, you won’t need to stake out a viewing spot as early here. So that means more time to get in an extra ride or two!
Be sure to download the
My Disney Experience app so you can double-check the showtime for Happily Ever After and use the map to navigate the park.
I’m wishing you the best day ever at Magic Kingdom next week! And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome back at planDisney.
