Hello. If I make dining reservations now and cancel them 2 hours before the reservation time, do I get charged a cancellation fee?

    Hi, Michele!

Thank you for visiting planDisney with your question about dining at the Disneyland Resort. I hope you’re looking forward to vacationing at the Happiest Place on Earth soon!

The resort does require a credit card on file to make a dining reservation, and if you miss your reservation entirely or don’t cancel within the restaurant’s allowed cancellation period, you may be charged a per-person cancellation fee. If your plans change and you do need to cancel, you won’t be charged as long as you do so at least two hours before your reservation time. You can cancel your dining reservation online or with the Disneyland mobile app.

Upon arrival at your dining location, checking in for your reservation is really easy with the Disneyland app. This feature works best when you have turned on notifications and enabled Location Services on your mobile device because then you’ll be notified when it is time to check in!

Bon appétit, Michele! If you have more questions or concerns before your trip begins, feel free to stop by again or call Disney Dining at (714) 781-3463.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
