Hi, we have dining reservations at 6:15 at California Grill. Is there any way that we can stay and watch the fireworks from the observation deck?

    Hello Nicole,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. It sounds like your vacation planning is off to a great start with reservations at California Grill. Those can be hard to get, so you must be super excited!

If Disney Enchantment is scheduled for 8:00 PM, and you are seated after 6:15 PM your meal may be just ending in time for fireworks. On a nice evening, you'll be able to hang out on the observation deck and get some great photos of Cinderella Castle and Seven Seas Lagoon while you wait. However, if the fireworks are scheduled for 9:00 PM, you may have almost an hour to spare before the show begins. In this case, I recommend heading back down to the Grand Canyon Concourse to explore a bit. Then just stop by the restaurant check-in podium on the 2nd floor with your receipt about 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the show, and you'll be escorted back up the elevator to the restaurant observation deck.

You'll have an amazing view of Disney Enchantment and the Electrical Water Pageant on Seven Seas Lagoon. You may even be able to see Harmonious from afar, although you won't have music piped in for that one. You'll definitely want to catch Harmonious again in EPCOT.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!
