Hello Sarah. Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. My daughter is 7 and she is the pickiest eater I have ever seen.
My advice to you, is ask to modify! Often times, I can find something my daughter will eat and ask for it plain or without sauce. I always ask to sub the sides for french fries and more times than not, they are more than happy to do it. I took a look at the
Be Our Guest Menu, it looks like there is a macaroni and cheese option and a grilled cheese. Those have always been safe bets with my daughter because of the mild flavor. Instead of the veggies, I would ask to sub out for french fries. I also see a fruit cup as a side item for some of the kids meals. If your son likes fruit, that might be a good option too. Buffets, like Tusker House, are always great with picky eaters. There is always a special kids corner of food with familiar items like mac and cheese or corn dogs. I really like eating at Tusker House and I think you will too. No matter what meal you are eating there, you will easily be able to find something he like. There are always crackers, cheese, fruit, and breads which all go over really well with my picky eater. If all else fails, there is always dessert.
Have a great time, you picked some really yummy restaurants. I'm sure you will be able to work out something he will eat, if not there is always popcorn. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask me.
