Hiya Yvonne,
Welcome back to planDisney! It means so much that you come back to visit us with your planning questions. I will be your host, your non-ghostly host, for this question today.
I’m so excited that you have added
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party to your itinerary this spooky season. You will have a blast watching the
Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade, and enjoying all the
delicious treats. Now, let’s talk about your dining reservation on the day you do not currently have a reservation for.
You ask an excellent question, Yvonne. Magic Kingdom Park closes to non-party Guests at 6 pm ET, after which the park will be exclusive to those Guests with tickets for the event. I spoke to a Cast Member, and while Walt Disney World Resort will not cancel your reservation, once the park closes to non-party Guests, you will not be able to access Magic Kingdom Park for dining. They recommend checking for an earlier dining reservation before 6:00 pm to be safe.
Please come back and see us if you need anything else.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
