I have a dining reservation at 1900 Park Fare for 425pm and was able to get a Avatar Flight of Passage fast pass in Animal kingdom between 4pm and 5 pm. What is the quickest way to get from Animal Kingdom to the Grand Floridian. Will I be able to make it

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Bailey!

It sounds like you have a magical day planned during your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. And hooray for locking in that coveted FastPass+ for Flight of Passage. I hope you love it as much as I do. It truly is beyond belief!

Bailey, rule of thumb is to allow at least 90-minutes of travel time when you are navigating the resort. It would be tight if not unlikely to be able to enjoy the attraction, zoom out of the park, hop on a Disney bus and arrive at your reservation on time. And you don’t want to feel rushed during your vacation.

I would suggest looking for a later reservation at 1900 Park Fare that evening. You definitely don’t want to lose that magical FastPass+! If you can’t find a later reservation at first, continue to check back. Guests change plans often as their dates get closer and availability can open up even a day before your desired date.

Be sure to explore your transportation options as well. A Disney Bus will be complimentary but can be time consuming. On the My Disney Experience mobile app, you can search for your destination using the search tool on the menu, then selecting the get directions option. This will show you the different transportation options you will have to get from point A to point B and also provide you a travel time estimate to help you plan. So, download the app now and start getting familiar with the app and the lay of the magical land.

There is also the new Minnie Van service. This door-to-door service gets you closer than any other mode of transportation inside the Walt Disney World Resort at a flat rate. Plus, you’d be traveling in Minnie style!

I hope this information was helpful! For any additional planning questions or for tips and advice, be sure to stop by and see us. Wishing you a magical day, Emille ~
