Welcome to planDisney, Marty!
I'm so glad you stopped by with a question about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Speaking of your vacation, it looks like today is a
big day for your –– you're officially 60 days from arriving at
The Most Magical Place on Earth! And not only does this mean that your visit is getting close, but it's also time to book advanced dining reservations for your trip. Since this just so happens to be one of my favorite parts of planning a Disney vacation, I'm happy to walk you through the steps of booking a dining reservation, so you're ready to snag the perfect table for your upcoming stay.
To
book advance dining reservations online, you'll need to start by visiting the Walt Disney World website and logging in to your My Disney Experience account. After that, hover over the "Things to Do" tab and select "Make Reservations" from the drop-down menu. On the next page, you can input your dates and dining party details, as well as select any filters for a specific type of dining experience or location. By hitting the blue "Search Times" button, you'll be able to search for all available reservations within that certain time frame. Once you find a restaurant with availability that fits into your plans, click on your preferred time and follow the onscreen prompts to finalize your reservation.
If you're looking for dining availability at a specific spot, you can also type the name of the restaurant in the search bar (located in the upper-right corner of the website) and click on the restaurant in the list of search results. This will take you to the restaurant's individual page, where you'll be able to see details about the dining experience, view menus, and search for reservations. By clicking on "Check Availability", you can input your party details and search for open reservations. Just keep in mind that you'll only be shown a window of availability around the time you specify. If you don't see any availability during that time, I suggest searching for different times to see if something else comes up.
Thanks so much for visiting planDisney, Marty. I hope this helped to answer your question and I'm wishing you a Walt Disney World Resort visit that's filled with delicious dishes from beginning to end!
Happy Planning,
Amy
