Hello. If you have a dining reservation in one of the Disney parks will you be able to go in and eat without a park pass and then leave after the meal? We don't have hopper passes and several of our dining experiences are booked for different parks.

Hello Stacey.  Thanks for asking your question here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I hate to be the barer of bad news but it looks like you will need to rearrange some dining reservations or park days.  Each restaurant located inside of a Walt Disney World theme park does require theme park admission.  If you are enjoying the day at Magic Kingdom, you would need to either have a park hopper ticket to dine at another theme park or make dining reservations at the same park.  If you are not interested in upgrading to Park Hopper Tickets, try dining at restaurants located in Walt Disney World Resorts.  One of my favorite restaurants, 'Ohana, is located at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.  That's what we do when we don't purchase Park Hopper Tickets.

Sorry for the bad news.  If I can help you rearrange your schedule or give you some other dining suggestions, please let me know.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
