Welcome to
planDisney, Charlotte!
I'm glad you stopped by to ask us a question - we're here to help pass along our knowledge and experience to help you have a more magical vacation!
These notes on dining reservations are completely normal and are
usually very helpful, but in your case, I think Stitch might have caused a glitch, or Ralph really did break the Internet!
Hard Ticket Events occur outside of the normal operating hours of a theme park. For example, I recently experienced
Disney Very Merriest After Hours at
Magic Kingdom Park ... so-ho-ho much fun! On these special nights, Magic Kingdom closes to regular Guests a couple of hours early, and then transforms into a magical winter wonderland, complete with delicious one-of-a-kind snacks and treats, special cavalcades, and other entertainment - it even snows on Main Street U.S.A.! Importantly,
dining reservations at select locations are still available during these
special After Hours events. Because these events require a separate ticket for admission, Mickey wants to make sure you know if a reservation at a dining location would require you to have more than just a standard theme park admission ticket.
Okay, back to your specific dining conundrum! I've searched Heigh-Ho and Heigh-Lo and can't identify
any scheduled After Hours or Hard Ticket events at Magic Kingdom around the dates you'll be visiting. Most events or early park closures are announced at least 60 days in advance, so my best guess is that this warning message is a Stitch glitch! I suggest that you keep your dining reservation, and
contact a Cast Member to confirm that you will only need your standard theme park admission ticket and valid
Park Pass Reservation.
I hope this helps - please mosey on back and
contact me with any other planning questions as you get ready to experience the
Walt Disney World Resort 50th Anniversary Celebration!
