Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Jason!
Welcome to planDisney! We are THRILLED you stopped by and are honored to help you plan your upcoming trip to
Disney World. October is a SPOOK-tacular time to visit the "Most MAGICAL Place On Earth!" Everywhere you look, there are glowing jack-o’-lanterns, autumn colors, and just a hint of scary fun in the air. It’s the perfect mix of festive charm and playful chills that make every moment feel extra special. Get ready for a hauntingly enchanting adventure you will never forget!
What a great and ghostly question, so let me tell you the scary scoop.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a separately ticketed event, which means once the party officially begins in the evening, only guests with party tickets can remain in the park. So if you don’t have a party ticket, you won’t be able to make or keep a dining reservation during party hours. With that said, you can absolutely make a reservation inside
Magic Kingdom right up until the park closes for regular guests (which is typically at 6:00 p.m. on party nights), as long as you have a valid park ticket and park reservation if required.
If dining in the Magic Kingdom area that evening is a must-do for you, one option is to consider booking a table-service dinner at one of the monorail resorts, like
California Grill at the
Contemporary or
’Ohana at the
Polynesian, so you still feel connected to the MAGIC. If you do snag a late-afternoon reservation inside Magic Kingdom, you can enjoy your meal and then soak up the atmosphere as the park begins to transform for the party before you exit. Either way, you’ll still get plenty of Disney FUN!
If you have additional questions, please feel free to let us know. We are here to help in any way!
Have a MAGICAL day!
