Hi, If we have a dining reservation for 4 (all on the dining plan), is it alright if only 3 people eat and use three dining credits? I don't like to eat large meals and prefer quick service to table, but want my kids to enjoy the charecter experiences.

    Hi, Kathy!

The answer to your question depends on where you are dining.  If you are dining in a buffet (like Chef Mickey's), family style dining (like Garden Grill), a dinner show (like Spirit of Aloha), or any "all you can eat" type of restaurant, then every person seated must pay full price or use a dining credit.

If you are dining at a restaurant where you order individually from a regular menu, then you may opt to not use a dining credit and just order whatever you want and pay out of pocket.

The menus are really quite full of options and your server will help you select a nice meal, so I hope you get to enjoy some great dining while at Walt Disney World!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
