We have a dining reservation at Cinderella’s Royal Table at 8am but Magic Kingdom doesn’t open until 8:30/9am. Will they let us in early? Do we need park passes/tix for MK that day even though the dining reservation is before park opening?

Hi Fei! Welcome to planDisney! It's so great to have you stop by!

Only a month away until you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort! I hope you and your family are counting down the days until your magical arrival day! Speaking of magical, dining at Cinderella's Royal Table is one of the most special experiences in all of the Magic Kingdom Park! Cinderella Castle is the first thing that most Guests think about when visiting Walt Disney World, so to be able to enjoy a breakfast inside of this iconic structure is truly magical!

Congratulations Fei! Snagging a pre-park opening dining reservation is like hitting the Disney jackpot! There are so many perks that come along with getting a head start on your day. First things first, you will be required to have a valid park ticket and park reservation to the Magic Kingdom on this day. Make sure to secure these as soon as possible. Select dates in June are already starting to fill up. Once you arrive at the entrance to the park and are through security, look for a sign or a Cast Member that will direct you where to enter for early arrival for your dining reservation. Here is the best part! You're going to be able to walk down Main Street, U.S.A. with hardly anyone else around you! You should be able to take some amazing photos in front of the castle before heading in for your reservation. Then, depending on how quickly you finish your meal, you might be able to get ahead of the crowds and hop on an attraction with minimal wait time.

While you are at the Magic Kingdom, I highly suggest checking out the Festival of Fantasy Parade that is currently being performed twice a day at the park. I absolutely love this parade and could not be happier that it has returned! The music, dancing, and endless amounts of characters make it a must-see on your park day. Also, if you want to see more of Cinderella and other princesses, stop by Princess Fairytale Hall for an up-close and personal meet and greet. This is a perfect way to get some more time to interact with your favorites!

Fei, I hope you find this information helpful on your park day! Stop back anytime to planDisney with any additional planning questions!

    See ya real soon!
