Disney Vacation Club Resorts that I haven't gotten to visit yet, I'm already
dreaming up activities for my family to enjoy on a future trip. How exciting that you'll soon be getting to experience the magic of this tropical Resort in just a few short weeks!
If I understand you correctly, it sounds like you're unable to view
a dining reservation you've already made. I'm sorry that you're having trouble –– I know how frustrating that can be and I'm happy to suggest a few things that might help solve your problem. First, I would suggest checking to make sure that you're
logging in to the Disney account that the reservation was made under (this might sound silly, but I once mistakenly booked a dining reservation under my husband's account and it took a long time for me to solve the problem). If you're still having problems viewing or linking your reservation after confirming your account information, I recommend calling
Aulani Guest Services at (866) 443-4763 between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM PST to speak with a Cast Member who can further assist you with your problem. I'm confident that they can help find a speedy solution so you can get back to planning all the exciting adventures that await you on your trip to Aulani!
