    We have dining res for Mickey's backyard BBQ. Help!! Could you please offer info on what we will specifically need to do when we arrive at the resort via private vehicle and how to get to the BBQ itself. Last time we went to this resort we got lost.Thanks!

    I'm so sorry that you got lost the last time you visited Fort Wilderness. It is certainly big but hopefully I can give you some help on making this trip more magical...

    1. When you arrive, the guard at the gate will ask for identification and your intentions. He/She will let you know which parking lot to use.
    2. Make your way to the Outpost Bus Stop which will have multiple buses flowing in and out of it. You can take any bus that says SETTLEMENT on its light bar but I prefer the Orange Line because it's the most direct one. Let the bus driver know you're headed to Mickey's Backyard BBQ.
    3. Take the bus to the Settlement bus stop. There, you'll see three building: The Stables, Pioneer Hall and the outdoor pavilion where Mickey's Backyard BBQ is located. There should be a sign near the bus stop pavilion that directs you to a path that leads to both the stables and pavilion area. Walking toward the marina, however, will take you to Pioneer Hall. 
    4. If you wind up at Pioneer Hall or Crockett's Tavern, simply walk behind these buildings to the barbecue pavilion.
