When dining at quick service is there tax on the bill? Table service tax and tip added?

    Hi Cassandra!

You have a great question about tax and tips when dining in Walt Disney World.  For quick service meals, you will have tax added onto your bill.  For table service meals it is a bit more complicated.  A few restaurants serve meals with the tax and gratuity included.  One example is the dinner show "Hoop Dee Doo Revue" in which the tax and gratuity are included in the price you pay.  Meals in which tax and gratuity are included clearly have this information stated in the advanced dining reservation information when you book your reservation.  All other table service restaurants will have tax added onto the bill and gratuity is at your discretion.  The only other exception to this are parties of 6 or more who will have a gratuity of 18% automatically added to the bill in addition to the tax.

I hope this information helps you in preparing your vacation plans Cassandra!  Please let us know if you have any further questions.  We love to help!

    Blessings,
