The dining plans say children must eat off the kids menu, however my 2 children cannot eat gluten. I am concerned most kids foods are fried items, mac and cheese, pizza, etc. Any way to see menus before booking my vacation or speak with someone before hand

Hello, Andrea!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

I share your concern when it comes to certain foods that my children can or cannot eat.  One of the great things about Disney is that they understand those concerns and do everything they can in order to help their guests ease those worries.  I highly recommend writing to Disney at SpecialDiets@disneyworld.com. They have been able to provide guests with menus for many of the table and quick service dining restaurants. They can also provide you with special dietary information.  Also, the Cast Members are quick at getting back to you with information.

*Please note that if you are planning on a table service dining experience, you can always ask to speak with the chef who will be more than happy to accommodate your requests.  Trust me when I say that you are not alone.  I have asked to speak with the chef many times and so have other guests.

Well, I hope this helps as you continue with your planning.  Please come back and visit with me again should any new questions or concerns pop-up.  I will be happy to help!
