My family are big fans of using a
Disney Dining Plan when we visit
Walt Disney World as not only does it help us to budget for our trip, it also give us peace of mind, knowing that the vast majority of our food and drink is paid for, before we even arrive. In addition to that, they are also super convenient to use, throughout our stay.
Disney Dining Plans are available as an add-on when booking a Hotel + Ticket package and staying at a
Disney Resort hotel.
You will have the option of adding one, at the time of booking, once it is possible to make reservations for 2027.
At this time, it is only currently possible to book Hotel + Ticket packages with the Walt Disney Travel Company, via the UK version of the Walt Disney World website, for dates in 2026. Based on previous years, you will likely start to see rooms being released in early 2026, for stays in 2027 but, if I were you, I would definitely wait until April 2026 before booking.
The reason I say this is because typically, in the past, a Free Dining deal of some sort has been released in April for visits during the following year. If this pattern continues, you can expect to see a promotion similar to that of the current
Free Dining & Drinks in 2026! deal, being released in April 2026 for visits during 2027.
While there is no guarantee that a Free Dining promotion will be offered in April 2026 for stays in 2027, because this has been the case for the past few years, fingers crossed, it will. This particular offer is always such a fantastic deal and one that my family try to take advantage of each and every time that we book our next holiday to Walt Disney World.
Lauren, my best advice would be to keep an eye on the
Walt Disney Travel Company website from March 2026 onwards to see if details of a Free Dining deal for stays in 2027 has been advertised/released. This way you'll be ready to book as soon as the promotion goes live.
