    Are dining plans available for purchase for resort guests? If so, how do I purchase one? Do I have to have a lodging and ticket package in order to do this? Or can I purchase one without having purchased tickets yet?

    I'm thrilled to hear that you are visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few more days! The Most Magical Place on Earth is buzzing with excitement as we approach the Walt Disney World Resort 50th anniversary celebration. I know you will enjoy every second of your vacation!

    When the Walt Disney World theme parks reopened last year, the Disney Dining Plans did not return. It was announced earlier this summer that the dining plans would return, but we still don't have a date on when that will happen yet. I am keeping a close eye on the Disney Parks Blog for more information and I'm hoping it is soon!

    In the past, the dining plans could be added to a vacation package. It was so nice to have a Disney Resorts Collection hotel stay, Walt Disney World theme park tickets, and your dining all rolled into one package! Since the dining plans have been away, I've used Disney Gift Cards as a way to save up for my dining instead. I highly recommend it!
