How does the dining plan work if we have the Magic your way for 1/12-1/17 does it start on the 12th and end on the 17th? Also, is it hard to do the Table Service meals if you dont have reservations? can you walk in on these meals? Thanks!

Hello and welcome to the Moms Panel!

Your Disney Dining Credits are based on the number of nights that you will be staying at your Walt Disney World Resort.  For example, if you are checking in on the 12th and checking out on the 17th, you will have Disney Dining Credits for 5 nights.  Let us say you are on the Disney Dining Plan which includes one quick service meal, one snack, and one table service meal per person, per night of your package stay.  In all, this would give you 5 quick service meals, 5 snacks, and 5 table service meals for your visit.

I always recommend setting reservations prior to your visit.  This ensures that you get the restaurant of your choice and you do not find yourself running from restaurant to restaurant looking for available spots. You are not visiting during a "peak time" and you may not run into any problems, but why leave it to chance.  I always like to have my ducks in a row!

    ~Have a MAGICAL day!~
