We have the Dining Plan for our visit in August. My son is 14 but still would like to order off the kid's menu at table service restaurants. Will this be a problem? Thanks!

Hi Carmen! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  We love helping guest like you plan your upcoming vacations! We sure do hope to help make it a magical experience.

When we travel to the Walt Disney World Resort we always have one of the Disney Dining Plans. I love that it is so easy to use and I love the convenience of not having to pay for my meal since it is “pre-paid” in a sense.  There are so many options to choose from that there seems to be something for everyone.

While I cannot guarantee anything, it has been my experience at most of the restaurants that if you ask the server if your child can order from the kid’s menu that they do try to accommodate that. I always just explain that they are a picky eater and this would make them happy! If you can, make dining reservations before your trip so that you are guaranteed a seat at the restaurants of your choice!

I hope that you have a magical time!
