We have a dining plan for our Thanksgiving trip and currently have six reservations. I'm wondering if it's worth spending the two table credits on Cinderella's Royal Table or if out of pocket would be better for that reservation??

Welcome back to Disney Parks Moms Panel, Nicole!

Wow! You have planned a fantastic Thanksgiving trip to Walt Disney World, complete with the most magical dining location of all: Cinderella's Royal Table!

We often use a Disney Dining Plan in WDW and have done so on Thanksgiving Day at this very location. I called WDW Dining at (407) WDW-DINE on your behalf, and was told that the meal prices the week of your stay, including tax and gratuity, are the following:

Breakfast: $62.95 per adult; $38.36 per child
Lunch and Dinner: $75.36 per adult; $44.42 per child

In order to determine if paying with your Disney Dining Plan (using 2 Table-Service entitlements for this particular venue) or if paying out-of-pocket would be better for you, compare the out-of pocket cost per person here to what you may spend on another meal, should you need to do so, elsewhere. With so many variations in the cost of meals at TS locations, it's best to compare the actual cost of what you may order at these other places. For example, Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano offers a great charred strip steak for $33 as well as penne alla vodka for $18.  Add to either a delicious Tiramisu ($7) and a light pomegranate lemonade (about $3), and you can estimate your total, plus tax and gratuity. One person may spend $57 for dinner at Mama Melrose's (including tax and tip), which could have been covered by that extra TS entitlement used at Cinderella's Royal Table.

Send more questions as you think of them, Nicole; we love to help!
