If i take the dining plan and i am staying at the fort wilderness campground where can i fill up my mug i know at the pop century it was at the food court but at the campground i do not know and can we ask for a specific loop and site we i book my packag

Hi Veronique! I am sure you are looking forward to your next Disney vacation. It is fun to try new resorts as you will get new experiences wherever you go.

You can certainly fill up your mugs at Fort Wilderness. Pioneer Hall has a great restaurant called Trails End which serves buffet breakfast and dinner and ala carte lunch. There is a small section next to this spot on the left that has some take out choices from breakfast to dinner and then pizza as well. You can find a mug station in this area.

I am assuming you will be bringing a camper of some sort and not a cabin. If you are in a cabin you can request a loop on your reservation. Those loops are 2100-2800. They all have the same type of cabin but some are larger loops then others or are closer to the front or pool or something of that nature.

If you are bringing a camping vehicle you will have a choice of a full hook-up loop, a preferred loop, or a premium loop. The premium loops have longer concrete pads to accommodate the large RV's. The preferred loops are close to the Settlement area and marina. The full hook-up loops now tend to just be those that are a bit further away and are the 1600,1700,1800, and 1900 loops. There are also two loops dedicated to tents or pop-ups and those are 1500 and 2000.

When "camping" it is more important that you have the size of your vehicle listed on your registration versus a particular loop which allows Disney to assign something that is appropriate. If you do want to be close or far away you can request a loop in that nature but you still have to make sure you will fit the site.

Let me know what other questions you might have concerning the great Fort Wilderness resort!
