If you are on the Dining Plan, can you split a meal and use only one dining credit or two depending on where you dine? Sometime both of us getting a meal is just too much food. Thanks!

You sure can, Darla.  My family includes two teenage girls who don't always have the heartiest of appetites.  During more than one of our trips, our girls have split meals (while using Dining Plan credits) at several restaurants.  We've simply told the server that they would be sharing the meal and we haven't had any trouble.  The servers would either bring out an extra plate or actually split the meal between two plates before bringing it to our table.  You shouldn't have any trouble doing the same.  I hope that helps!

Meet the Panelist: Darcie, Alabama

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
