    Hi Charles,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Although some dining locations will allow minor substitutions, guests are generally unable to swap meals while on the Dining Plan. It will be solely left up to the individual establishments, so simply speak with the Cast Members about your specific needs. In some cases, items from the children's menu may be allowed as an adult meal, however an adult entitlement will be charged.

I hope my answer helped, Charles, and please feel free to visit us again as your trip approaches.
