Welcome BACK, Sheila!
It's great to see you asking another Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question to us hEAR at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Disney Dining Plans are an excellent way to turn your already magical vacation into more of an all-inclusive resort experience. Better yet, they are a great way to pre-pay for all of your meals so you don't have to worry about menu math while chowing down, and you're not suck with a post-vacation credit card bill. Those definitely spoil the magic.
Disney Dining Plan snack entitlements can mainly be used at
Quick-Service and kiosk style dining locations. The last time I asked,
Table-Service Dining Locations were unable to accept snack entitlements, but it doesn't hurt to try asking again. Another option is since Disney Dining Plan meals include a standard beverage, like a soda or tea, and now have the option to select a premium beverage like a milkshake, or even an alcoholic beverage for those older than 21 years of age, you could ask your server if there is any way to order a glass of water and swap out your included beverage for a side of golden fried goodness or super delicious soup.
Another option specifically for
Beaches & Cream Soda Shop is that you can use a Disney Dining Plan snack entitlement at their walk up window. These snack credit choices are currently a double scoop of ice cream in either a cup or a cone, an ice cream sandwich with your choice of ice cream, or a coke or root beer float.
I hope that this helped to plan your upcoming Disney Days, Sheila, and if you have any more Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
