Can you do a dining plan on just select days of your trip? For example, if you are going for four days but only want to do a dining plan for two of those days, is that possible?

    Hi there, Eryn!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks so much for stopping by with your great question about the Disney Dining Plan. It can be a convenient way to sample many of the wonderful food options the Walt Disney World Resort has to offer at a good value. A new addition this year is the ability to use your dining plan to place a mobile order while on the go with the My Disney Experience app!

The Disney Dining Plan must be purchased for everyone ages 3 and older who is included in your resort hotel reservation, and the number of credits you’re allotted is based on the length of your hotel stay. These credits are stored on each Guest’s MagicBand, and the restaurant receipt will indicate how many credits remain after each meal or snack purchase you make. There are three different dining plans to choose from to best suit your family’s dining habits.

I hope this answers your question and helps you plan, Eryn. Please feel free to visit us again if you need more clarification or have any other planning questions as your pixie-dusted vacation draws near!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
