    When will the dining plan return? food prices are so high, that the dining plan is so much better

    Hey there, Jake, and welcome to planDisney! 

    Ah, food at Walt Disney World Resort. My favorite thing in the entire world! From character dining at 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort to those delicious Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwiches at Sleepy Hollow at Magic Kingdom, the food at my happy place is what dreams are made of. 

    At the moment, the Disney Dining Plan is not available. However, keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog and @DisneyParks on social media platforms to be among the first to hear about the possible return of a dining plan option or dining deals. 

    AN EXTRA GEM: My family's go-to way to stay on a food (and merchandise) budget around Disney property is to use Disney Gift Cards. We usually purchase them at a discount at various retailers or at shopDisney.com. 

    Let's wish upon a star that we'll hear some news soon about the return of some kind of dining plan or deal. Until then, please revisit us at planDisney with any other Disney vacation planning questions that you may have, Jake.
