Is the dining plan required to make a reservation at a Disney restaurant?

    Welcome back, Kenneth!

You do not need a Disney Dining Plan in order to make a reservation at a Walt Disney World® Resort restaurant. In fact, you don't even need to be a guest of a resort hotel. Dining reservations are open to the public! Anyone can enjoy a Disney restaurant experience.

We even have a few Disney Parks Moms Panelist that are local to Walt Disney World® who often dine just for fun. Can you imagine how cool that would be!

Dining Reservations may be made 180 days in advance of your desired date online, or by calling 1 (407) WDW-DINE. When booking, you will need a credit card to secure your reservation as there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. You'll also need to set up a My Disney Experience Account so you can easily keep track of your reservations and make any modifications and cancellations online. To get started making your "tasty" reservations, just select the highlighted link above.

I hope this helps, Kenneth! Please let me know if you should have any additional questions - I love Disney Dining!
