Dining Plan question: How can we get a list of restaurants and how many dining plan credits are required per type of meal?

    Hiya Howard,

Welcome to planDisney! I hope that you are having a magical day today! I am really excited that you are here today, and we get to talk about one of my favorite topics, dining at Walt Disney World Resort.

Since dining plan locations are subject to change, there isn’t currently a full downloadable list I can share with you, Howard. I can share some tools I use to help me navigate the dining plans at Walt Disney World Resort. First, the interactive dining locations webpage lets you filter by dining locations that accept the 2026 dining plans. This updates as changes are made, so it is always a good place to start. You can also sort this list by dining type (table service, quick service, fine/signature, character, buffet, quick service kiosk/restaurant, and so much more). We love filtering by location on this site because it helps us find locations that best fit our daily itinerary. Now, as far as how many meal credits each location uses or what is included in a meal credit, there are two ways to find this information. For a high-level overview, I start with the dining plan highlight pages. Currently, you will see that most table service locations are 1 credit, with the exception of fine/signature dining, dinner shows (like Hoop Dee Doo), private in-room dining, select character dining, and Be Our Guest Restaurant, which require 2 table service meal credits. Additionally, pizza pickup at select quick-service locations requires 2 quick-service meal credits. This gives you a great idea of what to expect, but once you decide where you want to dine, I always recommend my second way of finding information, the individual dining location webpage. At some locations, you may find that, depending on the type of meal (breakfast versus lunch/dinner), the number of meals is different. For example, let’s say that you are interested in dining at one of my favorite places, Topolino’s Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera. On the restaurant's main webpage, under “View Menu,” you will see an option to click “View Dining Plans and Discounts.” Once you click that, it will show you an option to click “Dining Plans” and “Annual Passholder Discounts.” When you click “Dining Plans,” you will see that under the 2026 Disney Dining Plan, breakfast at Topolino’s Terrace (which is incredible by the way) only requires 1 meal credit, and dinner requires 2! I always find this double-check super helpful and a great way just to confirm before making advanced dining reservations.

I know this was a lot of information, Howard, but I hope it was helpful! Before I let you go, I wanted to remind you that if you ever need anything else, including dining recommendations, please come back and see us. Ever since my Prince Charming and I set out to dine at every table service (and quick service) location at Walt Disney World, anytime I get to chat about dining is a great day!

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.
