Hiya John,
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for your question about dining plans at Walt Disney World. Every trip, we spend a lot of time discussing whether or not we are going to add a
dining plan. Food is a big part of our itinerary, so we want to make sure that it is worth it. Pre-paying for our meals can be such a tremendous help, but if it doesn’t align with our dining preferences, it doesn’t make sense to have it.
Currently, John the
Disney Dining Plan which includes one sit-down table service meal per night of stay for each person on your reservation (ages three and above) plus one quick-service meal and one snack/nonalcoholic drink per night is $97.79 per night for each adult and $30.56 per night for each child ages 3-9 (price is subject to change). The
Quick Service dining plan is $59.14 per adult per night and $24.71 per child. It includes two quick service meals and a snack per night. Each plan also includes a refillable drink mug for each individual for the length of your stay! Since these prices are subject to change, I recommend confirming with a Cast Member before adding a dining plan to an existing
Vacation Package to have the most up-to-date pricing.
I hope this was helpful, John. As you continue to evaluate whether one of the dining plans is right for you and your family, please come back and see us if you need anything else. One of the things that we like about it in my family is the flexibility to use our dining credits up until midnight the day of checkout. It is perfect for when we eat a large meal on one day and don’t have room for anything else.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
