We will be on the dining plan in June and was wondering if gratuity is included with the plan and if not what is an appropriate tip (percentage) to leave?

    Hi Natalia,

Gratuity is not included in the price of the dining plan.  However, it is fairly easy to figure out.  At the end of each table service meal, you will be given a receipt to sign.  Your entire meal will be itemized, and you will be able to see the cost, just as if you were paying out of pocket for the meal.  You'll be able to then add the tip just as you would at any other restaurant (15 - 20% is a good rule of thumb).

I like receiving seeing an itemized bill like this.  It not only helps with figuring out gratuity, but it allows you to see what you would be spending if you were not on the dining plan.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!
