    We got the dining plan that includes the resort mug - when do you get those? At check in?

    Hi Jean!

    You can pick up your Rapid Refill Mug in your resort's quick service restaurant at your leisure.  The credit for them is attached to your room account, so all you have to do is pick out your color of mugs and take them to the register.  They will scan your MagicBand and the price will zero out.
