Hi we have the dining plan included in our trip for next year - please can you advise whether an alcoholic drink is included at a QS location or just the TS. Also for TS is it appetizer and main or main and dessert - Thanks

    Hi Gina!
    Welcome back to planDisney.

It's always a pleasure to assist my fellow guests from the UK, and congratulations on securing the Free Dining and Drinks offer for your holiday next year - it's too good to miss!

You will receive a drink (either non-alcoholic or alcoholic - your choice) with each meal, for both Quick-Service Meals and Table-Service Meals with the Disney Dining Plan or the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan

Each Table-Service Meal includes one main course and one dessert.  I know with the previous dining plans it was always down to the discretion of the location whether you could swap your dessert for your appetiser.  I haven't used the new dining plan myself yet, so I don't know if you can still do this, but all I can suggest is you ask at the restaurant.  They might surprise you!

What I know for sure is that while the dining plans are very flexible in the way you plan your meals, actually using Table Service Meals for Quick Service Meals is not permitted, nor can you do this the other way around.  Unfortunately, Quick Service Meals also cannot be swapped for Snacks.

You can check your remaining dining plan balance on your My Disney Experience mobile app, and you will also see it on any dining receipt.  If you would like a paper copy of your dining plan details (what you have used, and what is remaining) visit the Front Desk of your Disney Resort hotel where the Cast members will be happy to print a copy for you.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions, and you can send me a direct question if you wish.  We are always happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World!
