Does the dining plan include sides? I noticed at some restaurants there is an entrée menu and side menu. Dining plan states you get 1 entrée, but what about a side?

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jeffrey!

I love using the Disney Dining Plan when I travel to Walt Disney World Resort, mostly because it fits into my family's budget, but also because I have a lot of freedom and flexibility to try new things and go to restaurants I wouldn't otherwise try! I'm happy to walk you through some of the details of what you get when you redeem a Dining Plan credit.

Based on your question, I think you might be asking about some restaurants that have traditional steakhouse menus, like Le Cellier Steakhouse in the Canada Pavilion at Epcot or Yachtsman Steakhouse at Disney's Yacht Club Resort, where there are some sides available that can be ordered separately. Those extras aren't usually included when you order at a restaurant like this and use your Table-Service credits, but your entrée typically comes served with some kind of accompaniment. For example, the Le Cellier Filet Mignon, arguably one of the most popular entrées on the menu at Le Cellier Steakhouse, comes served with Mushroom Risotto, Asparagus-Tomato Relish, and Truffle-Butter Sauce! Of course, if you want to add a delicious extra side to your meal, like the Lobster Macaroni & Cheese, you're welcome to do that and pay the difference when the bill comes using whatever method is most convenient for you.

I hope this answers your question, Jeffrey, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
