    Hi Caitlin,

Thanks for sending your question to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am so happy to hear you are using the Deluxe Dining Plan, you are certainly in for a treat and will experience some of the very best dining options available at Walt Disney World Resort!

Disney Dining Plans are valid from the time you check in, until midnight of the day you check out and the entitlements are calculated per night of your stay.  You are correct in saying that each person in your party will have 18 meal entitlements, however each guest will also receive 10 snack entitlements.  These entitlements can be used as you would like, throughout the entire length of your stay.  My family and I like to use some of our entitlements to enjoy a Signature Dining Location, as well as a Dinner Show.

The Deluxe Dining Plan offers an abundance of food, be sure to make your Advanced Dining Reservations and plan your entitlements so that you do not end up with extra at the end of your stay.  Advanced Dining Reservations can be made online or by calling (407)939-1947 up to 180 days in advance.

I hope you have a fantastic time at Walt Disney World Resort, Caitlin.  Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
