I will be on the dining plan. At Flame tree bbq can I get fries as a side instead of the coleslaw and beans with my chicken and ribs? I have allergies.

    Hi Charles!

My husband loves the Flame Tree Barbecue Quick Service Restaurant in the Animal Kingdom Theme Park at Walt Disney World. I don’t even have to ask him where he wants to eat on our days in that park as I know if I don’t schedule some barbecue he will not be a happy camper.

The beans and slaw are part of the meal when ordering from this location. I too have some allergies and cannot have the slaw so I simply order a portion of fries which is extra. I would suggest you explain that you have an allergy and cannot have the sides and could they simply replace them with some fries. Often it will depend on the cast member or manager on duty for that day whether they are able to do this for you without charge.

Enjoy your feast of barbecue chicken and ribs. My mouth is watering as I type knowing this is one of our favorite spots to dine!
