I want to do the dining plan. I just don't know which plan to choose. My daughter wants to do as much character dining as she can and there are some nicer places I would like to go. Would the deluxe plan be our best bet? Thanks so much!

Hi Mary! Sounds like you have an exciting Walt Disney World vacation planned for your daughter! There's nothing like seeing the pure joy on your child's face when they get a personal acknowledgement from a beloved character. My 7 year-old melts every time!

We usually do the Deluxe Dining Plan when we visit Walt Disney World, which includes 1 snack, quick serve meal and seated dining each day per person. I'm able to stretch the value by making breakfast in our villa and having quick snacks there too. When we plan a character dining, it takes 2 entitlements per guest so I always cook a dinner meal in our villa the next night to accommodate for doubling up. It works for us because we usually only do 1 special character dining event per vacation.

Since you plan to do a lot of character dining like Cinderella's Royal Table and sample other fancy  restaurants, I would suggest looking at the Premium Dining Plan where you'll only use only 1 entitlement for these feature dining experiences.

Pixie Dust and best wishes for an enchanting visit!
