    we have a dining plan for breakfast only but have been told by disney that we can use it for lunch instead do you have any experience of this we have been to wdw many times but this is the first time at wdw hotel

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    It is always a pleasure to assist our Guests from the UK - especially with questions such as yours. The Disney Dining Plans have many facets, and I have used them on many visits and absolutely love the flexibility and convenience they offer.  I understand that a special promotion for 2019 offered UK guests staying at a Walt Disney World Value Resort hotel a Quick-Service breakfast credit for each night of stay.  As Disney has told you that you can also use this credit for lunch, then it would appear that this is a regular Quick-Service credit that can be redeemed for any counter-service meal across all the Walt Disney World theme parks, resort hotels and Disney Springs.  To clarify, each Quick-Service entitlement will provide one main course and one drink, per person, per night of stay, and can be used at these restaurants.  You may wish to upgrade to the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, or the Disney Dining Plan, as they offer such good value.  Please speak with your UK Tour Operator to arrange this.  As this is such a unique offer, when you check-in to your resort hotel I recommend that you discuss the exact details of your Quick-Service breakfast offer, to ensure that you can use this for lunch too.
