Which dining plan is the best? Im thinking the deluxe plan is too much food but maybe the dining plan(1 below deluxe) may not be enough. We are only going to eat signature dinner maybe 1 night. If we run out we just pay for the food out of pocket?

    Hi Steven!

For my family, the Disney Dining Plan was just the right amount of food, especially if we creatively used our snack credits for breakfast items. Another option when eating a quick service meal is to take a piece of fresh fruit or a muffin to go as your "dessert" and save it for breakfast the next day.

With breakfast out of the way, that leaves a quick service lunch and a table-service dinner for your main meals which would then be covered under your meal plan credits.

Unless you are highly interested in experiencing Signature Dining or want to take the extra time required to have as many as 3 table-service meals per day, then the regular dining plan would be your best bet. Just don't forget to make your advanced dining reservations online or by calling 407-WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463  prior to leaving home.

Thanks for taking the time to visit us at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel and feel free to send more questions our way in the days leading up to your trip! May your Disney vacation be practically perfect in every way!
