Is the dining plan based in your ticket days or by room stay? We're staying 7 days/6 nights but getting hopper tickets for only 5 days due to travel. If we purchased the dining plan does t get us 5 or 7 days worth of food?

    Hi Danielle!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

The Disney Dining Plans are based on the number of nights on your reservation.  So in your case, you would have to purchase a Disney Dining Plan for 6 nights.  The credits are all made available upon check-in and they all expire at midnight on the day you check-out.  Between those two milestones, it is up to you to manage them.  So, for example, you could use 3 snack credits on the first day and then skip snacks for the next couple of days, etc.

I hope this helps!  Enjoy planning your magical Disney vacation and please write back with more questions!
