    Can you do the dining plan if you have an annual pass?

        Hello, Heather!  My family and I are annual passholders as well and we continue to utilize the Disney Dining Plan with every visit.  We would not have it any other way.  So if you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, you may purchase the Disney Dining Plan with your reservation.
