On the dining plan, can an adult order from thh kids menu and use their adult credit?

    Hi, Heather!

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel with your great question!

On the Disney Dining Plan, typically adults will need to order off of the adult menu. I, however; have ordered off of the kids' menu before and paid for the item out-of-pocket as opposed to using an adult Table Service or Quick Service credit. I was asked if I wanted to use the adult Dining Plan entitlement for that meal, but I opted not to because of the value. Another adult in my party was able to use that entitlement during the remainder of our trip when we went separate ways for activities and that worked out well. You can absolutely ask your server when you're thinking about doing that and I'm sure there won't be a problem. I know they will not let you use a child entitlement for an adult meal.

I hope this helps! Please feel free to write back in if you have any other questions we can help with.

Wishing you a Pixie Dusted vacation!
