Are the dining packages really a good deal? We have 2 children 6 and 12 who really don't eat that much. We have visited before and we tend to have 2 quick service meals and 1 sit down along with snacks. Looking for some suggestions. Thanks

    Hi Janine!

Some guests save a lot of money by being on a Disney dining plan, some guests save a little, and some guests actually pay more for being on a dining plan.  Unfortunately, I can't answer the question for your family because I don't know what your family might purchase from a menu, etc.  However, I can point you in the right direction.

I suggest visiting the independent website AllEars.Net.  The All Ears Team does a great job keeping their menus up to date.  From their home page, click on dining and then you can view the menus for various Table Service and Quick Service restaurants.  That should allow you to compare the cost of buying meals directly vs. being on a Disney dining plan.  By the way, you can get more information on the various Disney dining plans here.

Enjoy planning and write back if you have any more questions!
