If I get the dining package my 10 year old will be able to order from the adult menu, but what if she wants something from the kids menu does it matter?

    Hi Tammy,

The cast members who work at Walt Disney World's over 100 restaurants are very accommodating.  If your child wishes to order from the children's menu they will likely permit that even though you have paid for the adult meal plan for her.   However, it may not make financial sense for you to use an adult credit for that meal.  What I would do instead would be to save the adult meal credit to use elsewhere and pay out-of-pocket for the inexpensive child's meal.  That's just one strategy you can use to stretch your Disney dining dollar.

Don't hesitate to write back if you need additional clarification or if you think of more questions you'd like to ask.

    Best wishes,
    Jill
