Hi, Diana! This is such an awesome question.
With it being your first visit, you'll probably be spending most of your time in the parks and at your resort. I'd start by picking out the best food and dining experiences within each park. My recommendations go a little something like this:
Magic Kingdom: Crystal Palace with Pooh and his pals. We really like doing an early breakfast around 8:00 a.m. on a day when the park opens at 9:00 a.m. It gets you out of bed and fed before the park opens for other guests. Plus, you'll have a deserted Main Street and a clear shot of the castle for pictures. Imagine your first Disney family photo with no one else in it!
Epcot: on the dining plan, I'd recommend Biergarten. This one's a bit of a dark horse. It's so much fun though. The atmosphere is very authentic, you can't beat the food, the entertainment rocks and you can dance off dinner. It also embeds you within World Showcase for a nice night of strolling prior to Illuminations.
Hollywood Studios. I say go with Mama Melrose's and take advantage of the
Fantasmic Dinner Package.
Animal Kingdom. I'm torn here. Your restaurant choices are limited for table service meals; however, we love two of them. Donald's Safari Breakfast will get you awesome eats with most of the Fab 5 characters. For a non-character meal, we love Yak & Yeti.
If you decide to venture to some resorts for meals, drop me a line and we can go from there!
