    can the dining package be added to hopper passes for guests not staying on a disney resort?

    Hello Diane!  Aren't the Hopper Passes just fantastic?  My family loves being able to hop from park to park and not have the feeling of being confined to just one park.  Unfortunately, I don't have answer your probably looking for.  The Disney Dining Plan cannot be added to your Hopper Passes.  The Disney Dining Plan is only offered to those guests staying at any of the Walt Disney World Resorts.
