Bonjour!
Welcome back to planDisney, Parker! Thank you for visiting us with your question about
Disneyland Paris. I love helping fellow Guests plan the perfect holiday to Disney Destinations around the world. Having had the opportunity to explore them all myself, I’m excited to help you navigate your adventure to France!
Across the European Union, food allergy regulations are taken seriously, with laws requiring 14 major allergens to be clearly identified when used as ingredients. So you’ll find Disneyland Paris well-prepared to support you with dietary needs.
In my experience, the
buffet-style restaurants at the Disney Parks and Disney Hotels offer the widest selection of food. One I’d highly recommend is
Agrabah Café Restaurant over at Adventureland. With its Middle Eastern theme, you’ll find a wide range of options including salads, olives, and vegetable dishes. Just let your server know about your allergy when you arrive, and they’ll provide a detailed allergen guide. While this is often in French, Cast Members are used to helping international Guests and will happily talk you through it in English. In some cases, they may even be able to bring items directly from the kitchen to avoid cross-contamination.
That said, it’s important to remember that while Disneyland Paris maintains high standards, cross-contamination can’t be completely ruled out. If nothing on the standard menu works for you, ask about the
special allergy-friendly menu. This includes a selection of pre-packaged meals free from all 14 major allergens.
I hope this helps answer your question, Parker. I hope you have fun planning your adventure to France! If you have any more planning questions about Disneyland Paris, or any other Disney Destination, please
reach out to me. I'd love to help!
See ya real soon!
Matt
