What dining options are available that are Gluten Free?

Hi Caroline! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

With your trip just a few days away, now is the perfect time to plan the delicious foods that will be available to you! And good news ... there are a lot of gluten-free options when visiting the Walt Disney World Resort!

Most dining locations have items available that are gluten-free and can be seen simply by asking for the allergy-friendly menu. Disney has done a wonderful job of making sure there are items available for everyone! My fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelist, Lynne, recently answered a similar question and gave some excellent suggestions that would be perfect for you! Make sure to check the link to her answer that I provided for some great tips!

If you have plans to visit the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, you will find gluten-free options there as well! When you arrive for the festival, pick up a Festival Passport. Next to each item that is gluten-free, you'll see a symbol of a small circle with the letters "GF" in it. Two of the incredible gluten-free offerings that I tried this year were the Liquid Nitro Chocolate-Almond Truffle from the The Chocolate Studio and the Pão de Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread) from Brazil. I highly recommend both of them!

I hope this helps with your planning, Caroline! Please visit us again with any other questions you may have.
