Bonjour, Danielle!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. Dining in Epcot’s France Pavilion is a highlight of any Walt Disney World for my family – my daughter chose to have a birthday breakfast of macarons last year, and I fully supported her choice!
Dining at
Monsieur Paul on the
Disney Deluxe Dining Plan sounds like a lovely and delicious plan. I just took a look at the menu, and am drooling over all these delicious options!
I checked with a Disney Dining Cast Member, who confirmed that, at this time, the Soupe aux Truffes V.G.E. appetizer is an eligible appetizer on the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan, and that there is not currently a surcharge for this menu item. He noted that pricing and eligibility are subject to change, so you should check with your server at the time you dine to make sure this is still the case. Bon appétit!
I have heard amazing things about the desserts at Monsieur Paul, and I highly suggest ordering a couple of different options so you can taste a variety. Not only are they decadent and delicious, but they are absolutely beautiful when plated.
Danielle, it looks like you’ll be arriving just in time to catch the last few days of the
Epcot International Festival of the Arts, which ends February 25, 2019. I hope you’re able to find some time to explore this colorful celebration of various art forms – there are so many fun activities, demonstrations, and creative treats. Enjoy every minute!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
